§ 10.4. Budget hearing.

A public hearing on the proposed annual budget shall be held before its final adoption. Notice of the time and place of holding the meeting shall be given by publication at least one (1) week prior thereto. A true copy of the proposed budget shall be on file in the office of the Clerk for public inspection at least one (1) week prior to such meeting.
