§ 10.8. Fees.

Latest version.

Except as other-wise provided in this charter, and except witness fees and mileage received by police officers for court attendance while off duty, all fees payable to any administrative officer of the city in the performance of any duties which may be required of him or her under the ordinances of the city, this charter, or by state law, shall belong to the city and shall be paid to the City Treasurer.
