§ 11.29. Tax penalties.

The fees and penalties for the collection of all taxes provided for by this charter, or the general laws of the state, except such as shall be added by the Clerk of the County of Alpena or the Auditor General under the general tax laws of the state, shall belong to the city and shall be credited to the general fund.
