§ 12.15. Borrowing in anticipation of tax collection.

The city shall have power to borrow money and issue notes in anticipation of the collection of taxes and of delinquent special assessment in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 26 of the Public Acts of 1931, as amended by Act No. 71 of the Public Acts of 1935 and Act No. 160 of the Public Acts of 1939.
