§ 13.3. Notice to be given by clerk.

Within five (5) days after the passage of a resolution by the Council in contemplation of the making of any public improvement or of the receipt of any such resolution, the Clerk shall notify the City Manager of the passage of such resolution by the Council or of his or her receipt thereof and shall file with the City Manager a copy of such resolution or petition. The Clerk shall give notice to the Council of any such petition at the next regular meeting of the Council after receipt thereof by him or her.
