§ 3.3. Elective officers—When elected.

At the biennial city election to be held in November of 2011 there shall be elected a Mayor and two (2) Councilpersons who shall serve for terms of four (4) years consistent with state law which provides for a term beginning January 1 ^st after the general election. At the biennial city election held in November of 2013 there shall be elected two (2) Councilpersons who shall serve for terms of four (4) years consistent with state law which provides for a term beginning January 1 ^st after the general election. Thereafter, the Mayor and Councilpersons of the city shall be elected at the non-partisan biennial city elections in November for the full term of four (4) years consistent with state law which provides for a term beginning January 1 ^st after the general election.
