§ 4.16. Publication of council proceedings.

The proceedings of the Council shall be published within ten days after each meeting of the Council. The publication of a synopsis of such proceedings, prepared by the Clerk and approved by the Mayor, showing the substance of each separate proceeding of the Council shall be a sufficient compliance with the requirements of this section.
