§ 6.1. Prior city ordinances and regulations.

Latest version.

All bylaws, ordinances, resolutions, rules, and regulations of the City of Alpena, which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this charter, in force and effect at the time of the adoption of this charter, shall continue in full force as bylaws, ordinances, resolutions, rules, and regulations of the City of Alpena until repealed or amended by action of the proper authorities.
