§ 6.4. Publication of ordinances.

Latest version.

Within ten (10) days after the adoption of an ordinance by the Council, and before the same shall become effective, such ordinance shall be published once in some legal newspaper published and circulated in said city. The publication of any ordinance in full as a part of the published proceedings of the Council shall constitute publication of such ordinance as required herein.
