The filing fee for a subdivision plat shall be $60.00 for the expense of inspection of lands, meeting of governing body and fees required to be paid under the Land Division Act (MCL 560.101 et seq., MSA 26.430(101) et seq.). Such other fees for planning review, engineering review, and attorney's review may be required as established by resolution of the governing body. |
