§ 10-11. Feeding of geese, ducks, seagulls, and pigeons prohibited.

  • (a)

    No person shall feed, cause to be fed, or provide food for geese, ducks, seagulls, and pigeons anywhere in the city, on public or privately owned property.

    (b)

    No person shall create or foster any condition, or allow any condition to exist or continue, which results in the congregation or congestion of geese, ducks, seagulls, or pigeons in the city on public or private property.

    (c)

    Any person violating the provisions of this section is responsible for a civil infraction and shall be assessed a civil fine of not less than $5.00 nor more than $500.00.
