§ 14-62. Additions, insertions and changes.

The International Property Maintenance Code, 2000 Edition is hereby amended and revised in the following respect:

(1)

Section 101.1 , (page 1, second line), insert: City of Alpena.

(2)

Section 103.6 , (page 2, third line), insert: see fee schedule adopted by the municipal council each year in its annual budget.

(3)

Section 106.3 , change to read as follows: Prosecution of violations. Any person failing to comply with a notice of violation or order served in accordance with Section 107 or violates any provision of this Code shall be deemed responsible for a civil infraction and shall be fined a judgment fee of not more than $500.00 each day that said violation continues.

(4)

Section 202 general definitions: Code official (page 7) is hereby modified to read as follows: Code official. The city building official, city planner, city fire marshall, or any police officer of the city are hereby designated as the code official who are charged with the administration and enforcement of this code, or any duly authorized representative.

Section 303.14 (page 10, first and second line), insert: May 1st to October 1st.

Section 602.3 (page 17, fifth line), insert: October 1st to May 1st.

Section 602.4 (page 17, third line), insert: October 1st to May 1st.
