§ 14-210. Adoption of the Michigan Uniform Energy Code.

A certain document known as the 2009 Michigan Uniform Energy Code, one copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk/treasurer being marked and designated as the 2009 Michigan Uniform Energy Code published by the state department of consumer and industry services, bureau of construction codes be and is hereby adopted as the uniform energy code of the city for the control and regulation of residential buildings and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions, and terms of said 2009 Michigan Uniform Energy Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this article.
