§ 18-76. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Drive-in restaurant means any establishment within the city where food, ice cream, frozen desserts, or beverages of any kind are offered for sale to the public and where motor vehicle parking space is provided for the purpose of permitting such food, ice cream, frozen desserts, or beverages to be consumed in a motor vehicle or in the parking space or anywhere on the premises outside the confines of any building located thereon.

    Waste material means disposable cups, disposable plates, disposable containers of any kind, straws, napkins, garbage, beverages, and any other refuse of any kind whatsoever intended for disposal.
