§ 18-81. Disturbances caused by patrons.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person on any portion of the premises of a drive-in restaurant to race the motor of any vehicle, blow any horn, needlessly bring to a sudden start or stop any motor vehicle, make or cause to be made any loud or raucous noise tending to disturb the quiet and good order of the area in which the drive-in restaurant is located or to drive any motor vehicle through or on any driveway or parking lot used in conjunction with any drive-in restaurant without stopping to make a purchase immediately upon the parking of the motor vehicle. No person shall, on the premises of a drive-in restaurant, make profane, obscene, rude or insulting remarks in the hearing of other persons.
