§ 18-141. License required.

Latest version.

No person shall engage temporarily in the business of selling or offering for sale at retail, by auction, or otherwise, any goods, wares, merchandise, or services from any private property, without first obtaining a license therefor in the manner provided in this article and in article II of this chapter. No license shall be granted except for the purposes set forth in article II of this chapter.
