§ 26-31. Forming of economic development corporation.

(a)

The application date June 19, 1978, and articles of incorporation and bylaws for the economic development corporation of the city are hereby approved and adopted.

(b)

A certified copy of Ordinance No. 102 is directed to be filed with the corporation division of the department of treasury in accordance with section 5 of Public Act No. 338 of 1974 (MCL 125.1605), and the applicants in such application dated June 19, 1978, are thereafter authorized to incorporate the economic development corporation of the city as a public corporation pursuant to Public Act No. 338 of 1974 (MCL 125.1601 et seq.).

(c)

If incorporation of the economic development corporation of the city is not accomplished within 90 days from and after the effective date of Ordinance No. 102, then in accordance with the act, this section shall be void.
