§ 66-31. Established; purpose.

  • A considered plan for the general physical development of the city is a matter of necessity and will promote the health, safety, morals, order, convenience, prosperity and general welfare of its citizens, and to such end there is hereby established, with provisions for appointment of its members, a city planning commission.
