§ 70-6. Liability of railroad employees for violation.

Each agent, manager, conductor, engineer, driver or other employee of any railroad company, who shall assist or engage in direct or knowingly permit the violation of any of the provisions of the chapter shall, on conviction thereof, be punished as provided in section 1-25.
