§ 94-31. City parking lots established.

There are hereby established the following city parking lots:

(1)

City Hall parking lot: The area bounded by Park Place, Harbor Drive, Water Street and City Hall Driveway.

(2)

Third Avenue and River Street parking lot: The area bounded by River Street, Third Avenue.

(3)

Third Avenue and Lockwood Street parking lot: The area bounded by Third Avenue and Lockwood Street, which is now commonly known as the "Lockwood Street Parking Lot."

First Avenue parking lot: The area fronting on First Avenue between Chisholm Street and Park Place, and now commonly known as the "First Avenue Parking Lot."

(5)

River Front parking lot: The area running parallel to the Thunder Bay River from Second Avenue to the property line of the U.S. Government Federal Building.

(6)

Third Avenue and Lockwood Street parking lot: The area bounded by Third Avenue, Lockwood Street and the First Congregational Church.

(7)

Third Avenue parking lot: The area at the corner of Third and River Street, which is commonly known as the Old Central Fire Station parking lot.

Carter Street parking lot: The area running parallel to the Thunder Bay River and fronting on Carter Street.

(9)

Riverfront Park parking lot: The area running parallel to the Thunder Bay River and behind the National Guard Armory.

(10)

Second Avenue and Chisholm Street parking lot: The area bounded by Chisholm Street, Washington Avenue, and the Culligan Plaza.

(11)

North Riverfront parking lot: The area fronting on Fletcher Street, parallel to Thunder Bay River behind the post office.
