§ 98-59. Special rates.

The city council shall, by resolution upon the recommendation of the city manager, establish rates for nonmetered water services rendered, or any other water service furnished which is not covered by this article or a schedule of rates approved by city council. All rates approved by city council shall be consistent with the findings set forth in section 98-31.1 of this article.
