Based on the above findings and for the purposes set forth above, and pursuant to
the authority granted to the city under Act 94, Michigan Public Acts of 1933, as amended; Act 279, Michigan Public Acts of 1909,
as amended; and Article 7, Section 21 of the 1963 Constitution, the city has previously established and hereby
re-establishes the wastewater division of the combined system consisting of all of
the pumps, mains, storage tanks, service connections, meters, manholes, vaults, pump
stations, blowers, facilities and all other appurtenances thereto used or useful in
wastewater collection and treatment.
