§ 11.9. Confirmation of roll.

The Board of Review shall complete its review and correction of assessment roll. and shall certify to the same and deliver it to the Clerk on or before the date of the second meeting of the Council in May. The Clerk shall present the roll to the Council at the second meeting thereof in May, at which meeting the Council shall fully and finally confirm such assessment roll.
