§ 20.4. Nomination of candidates.

Candidates for election to the offices of Mayor, Councilman, Municipal Judge, and Constable shall be nominated in the manner provided for the nomination of candidates for such offices in the charter of the City of Alpena in force at the time of their nomination and each such candidate shall be a candidate for office both under said charter and this charter and shall hold office subject to the terms specified and provisions of this charter if it shall be adopted.
