§ 20.5. Budget adjustments.

The Council shall have authority on the recommendation of the City Manager and the Clerk to make any interim budget required to defray the cost of operating the city from March 1, 1944, to July 1. 1945, in order to bring the city's financial plan in conformity with the fiscal year herein provided.
