§ 34-71a. Enforcing agency.

It is hereby resolved and declared that the city shall be the municipal enforcing agency for the administration and enforcement of Part 91 (MCL 324.9109) et section, soil and sedimentation control of the National Resources and Environmental Publication Act, (1994 PA 451) as amended (part 91) within the city.
