§ 70-3. Obstruction of streets.

  • It shall be unlawful for any railroad company owning or operating a railroad running into or through the city, to leave any locomotive, engine, car, cars, or train of cars or any portion of any train of cars standing at the intersection of such railroad with any street within the city so as to obstruct travel thereon for more than five minutes at any one time.
