§ 70-4. Use of whistles and horns.

No railroad company shall cause or allow the whistle or horn of any locomotive engine, including a diesel engine, to be sounded within the city, except necessary brake signals, and for such other signals required by law, and as shall be absolutely necessary to prevent injury to persons and property.
